You have problems printing from the online database system. Your printer is not listed in the printer device list.
This issue has been seen with multi-function printers that incorporate a scanner and with network or LAN printers that are not directly connected to a PC. The problem is the port name and our system normally only installs printers that have a USB or LPT port.
