You have problems connecting to the system. There is a re-occurring prompt to install the Microsoft Terminal Services 'ActiveX' control or the connection appears to have been blocked.
This issue is caused by the absence or blocking of the Microsoft Terminal Services Client control files and your particular system settings are prohibiting the normal website installation/running.
The portal website may need to be added to the Internet Explorer list of trusted sites in order for your system to allow the Microsoft Terminal Services Client control files to install/run.
To add a website as a trusted site within Internet Explorer:
1. Click 'Tools' and then 'Internet Options'. 2. Click the 'Security' tab and then highlight the green 'Trusted sites' tick icon. 3. Click the 'Sites' button and then uncheck 'Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone'. 4. Click the 'Add' button and then type the normal website address - I.E. 'www.trackmortgage.co.uk' or 'www.secure-login.co.uk' for ROPUK NETWORK agents.
If the solution above does not fix your problem (and you are running Windows XP Service Pack 3) then please see article KB57 (link below). Related articles KB57 Database Connection Issues (Windows XP Service Pack 3) KB312 Windows 10 login online
