You have problems connecting to the system. There is a re-occurring prompt to install the Microsoft Terminal Services 'ActiveX' control or the connection appears to have been blocked. You are running Windows XP Service Pack 3 and adding the portal website to the Internet Explorer list of trusted sites does not fix the problem (please see article KB43).
There is a bug in Windows XP Service Pack 3 and the Internet Explorer add-on required (Microsoft Terminal Services Client 'ActiveX' control) is disabled by default.
Re-enable the Microsoft Terminal Services Client 'ActiveX' control.
